EwE does not launch on WinXP SP3

Description

When started on WinXP EwE fails during the DoApplicationModel? initialization of .NET. This ain't right

Fixed; the executable contained three Vista-formatted compressed icons which caused Windows XP to shut down the application. I removed compression on the icons et voilá
