Description
The region user interface could do with some improvements.
In the Define Regions UI, when lowering the number of regions the dialog always warns that regions will be lost. This check fails to check actual cells, and is sometimes wrong
When the total number of regions is lowered, the Ecospace map colour gradient does not respond immediately. It should.
Cells with unused regions should be clearly rendered as unused. The cells should not be cleared because this would cause a loss of data
