Habitat capacity histogram should not show values that are Excluded from the map

When configuring the habitat capacity model, the histogram displays values for all water cells in the model, regardless whether cells are excluded from the computations via the Excluded cells layer. This can be confusing if low or high extremes occur outside the modeled area.
