You used to be able to enter a comma-separated vector of fishing mortalities for all fleets via the 'set to value' button on run ecosim tab. that doesn't work now, you can only enter one fleet at a time.

With the 'all fleets' item missing, these kind of bulk tasks cannot performed in Ecosim
