EwE does not find plug-ins

Description

When launching EwE by double-clicking a database the plug-ins are not found. When launching EwE first and loading a model after, the plug-ins are there.

I was only able to reproduce this on my laptop

This error emerged when the .\plugins sub-folder was introduced, appending the .\plugins path to the working directory instead of the app directory. Brilliant. Solved. Despite the awful timing: thanks Samuele ;)
