Color block selection process is not intuitive

The colour block selection control, such as used in the Fishing Policy Search and Fit To Timeseries forms, is not intuitive:

• Clicking a block to select it may not always update to that block. Clicking the right-half of a block may select the next block
• The slider underneath the blocks is insensitive to the width of blocks, and does not point at the center of a selected block. This is confusing
