Open Folder dialog needs improving

Description

From the 2013 ICES course:
When browsing for an output location, the standard folder selection dialog does not show the current selected path. This often leads to users making wrong folder selections.
It would be great if the dialog were to show this initial selection.

We need to find a new dialog without reverting to COM.
Ooki Dialogs seem to do the trick (​http://www.ookii.org/software/dialogs/)
