Log verbose status is not preserved when EwE restarts

Description

Log status 'detailed' is not applied to the EwE log when ewe is reloaded

The log status is explicitly set from Settings as soon as EwE loads. This allows the starting core and plug-in manager to correctly log detailed events when needed
