Ecospace crashes when reducing # of regions

Description

Sketch areas for 7 regions in the maps, and then lower the number of regions to 4. Run ecospace and the model shows an error

Any region cell value > #regions should be treated as region 0 in the computations
The UI should inform the user of invalid region cells

The computational code is protected to possible region overflows
The UI will show cells that exceed the max region in an error colour
