Ecospace regions change

Description

I built a region map a model. When I save and close the program and reopen it, the position of regions change. The same happens even after choosing the region by clicking "from mpa". Is that a bug?

Issue confirmed. The database does not load region cells correctly on a row where region cells lie east of land cells.
