Ecopath Output- Respitation calculation not correct

Respiration values are different in versions 5 and 6 I am not sure what the discrepancy is?

Please see page 53 of the version 5 manual for the equation.

Using model: Lab 3

Hi Again. This seem to work with my version of 'Lab 3'

IN version 5 under ecopath> respiration (t/km2/year) I get 9,47.4,230.4,798 for the groups striped bass>zooplankton

For version 6 the same groups I get the values: 9.2,52,240, 850
So these values are not far off, but they are not the same.

Also respiration/Assimilation, production/ respiration, and Respiration/biomass values are all slightly off. Assimilation values are CORRECT (or at least the same for versions 5 and 6)-these ones are dead on. I have emailed you both databases

Ok this works correctly for labs 4 and 5, no differences between versions 5 and 6.
I just re-imported lab 3 from the database to make sure I hadn't altered the model, and I am getting the same differences.

Checked with Joe's version of lab 3 on Carie's computer and values are correct
