Delete group with loaded TS causes exceptions

Description

Deleting a group when time series are loaded throws an exception. Manually reloading Ecosim makes the problem go away.

The problem was related to the batch lock release system. When a group was deleted Ecosim failed to reload, causing reloading time series to refer to groups that no longer exist.
