Link groups and fleets when selecting 'visible items'

Description

For the MSE module it would greatly help to link fleet and group selections in the 'display items on plots' interface. For instance, selecting groups would also select the fleets catching these groups, or selecting fleets would also select groups being landed by these fleets.

Implemented. The dialog now shows a checkbox that allows group and fleet selections to be linked via landings and discards
