Ecosim CSV results differ from Network Analysis

Description

Some results of ecosim (run--> save csv file) do not seem to match results that you get from the network analysis --->ecosim results. The ones I found that do not match are TotalCatch_annual, Kemptons_annual, TLc_annual, FIB_annual. TLC (annual and all) is actually giving all 0 values in the file. I think these results should be checked carefully to make sure Ecosim is spitting out the correct results.
