Increasing ecospace map size creates input map artifact

Description

When the ecospace map is increased in size boundary conditions are copied into the map, such as 0 capacity, 0 depth, etc.

The database map logic saves and loads one row and column too many that result in copied boundary (off-map) conditions to manifest inside the map. Fixed
