Flow diagram should not hide groups

Description

The flow diagram now hides groups that are not visible, but this gives a warped view of the food web. Instead, 'hidden' groups should be displayed as washed-out in the background

The 'show groups' option has been added to the Flow diagram interface;
The Style Guide has received two extra colours: predator and prey;
Only connections to visible groups use the Predator and Prey colours;
'Hidden' groups are shown as grey-outlined shapes with white fills;
Links to 'hidden' groups are rendered in light gray
