Cannot create anonymous tickets

Description

The 'report issue' link from the home page in ecopath.org directs users to this trac tickets section. Users cannot proceed unless they have an account that has to be created by a trac/SVN administrator.

It would be easier to allow creation tickets as anonymous users. Let's try this for a while to see if we will receive a lot of spam

Ok, three spam messages in the first five minutes - this is going to be a disaster. I will add two 'report issue' links instead, one by email and one via trac
