Stanza grids may not group life stages together

The Basic input form and other grids that display stanza configurations may not group life stages together. To test:

• Open a model without stanza configurations
• Open the Define Groups interface
• Assign two groups that are not adjacent in the group list to a stanza configuration, for instance group 2 and group 6

In the Basic Input form the 6th group will be displayed as indented, but is not shown under the master stanza configuration.
