Not clear which EwE version made last modifications

Description

When debugging a model it is difficult to figure out which version of EwE most recently made changes.

I've made a change to the EwE database that shows the following:

  • !EwE version that applied an update in UpdateLog table
  • !Ewe version that last saved in EcopathModel, EcosimScenario, EcospaceScenario, EcotracerScenario

These fields are populated automatically by the datasource.
