Description
The tooltip over graphs, implemented via the PointValueEvent? in ZedGraph?, is refreshed constantly and this has been know to interfere with normal UI invalidation/redrawing (see http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2694674&group_id=114675&atid=669142)
