Under the mortality coefficients tab there are some extreme values that usually show up as red in version 5. I believe if the predation mortality is higher than the P/B ratio for the group in the basic input then the value becomes highlighted. None of these values come up as highlighted. I do not know if this is an important issue. |

Version 18 The rates are not being calculated/ displayed correctly- I am not sure which. If I enter values in the other production interface of ecopath I should be able to manipulate the values in the mortality coeficients output, mostly by altering the immigration, and emigration value which will alter the net migration rate in the mortality coefficients. Basically if I enter in a combination of values into other production that would yield a positive net rate, the calculation is fine, but if I enter in a combination that would yield a negative rate, the value does not show up in the output. |

If you copy the basic input or the parameterization cells into excell, the cells that were blank turn into -9999 in excel, by just copying and pasting. |
