This actually does work if you open and close the model a few times. I think this is the same as bug #118 as the values are not getting into the core andthat is the real reason for these bugs. I cannot balance the model- the values form the edited mutli-stanza groups are not getting into the core. Also for some reason, the EE for other groups are wanted by the model. I am not sure the reason for this. directly after tryint to balance, I checked the multi-stanza parameters to see if they were still in place in the interface, and they were. So they may not be linked correctly, but they are present. Please see july1 notes.doc on the ftp folder for screen images |

Respiration values are different in versions 5 and 6 I am not sure what the discrepancy is? Please see page 53 of the version 5 manual for the equation. Using model: Lab 3 Screen shots in doc- July1 notes.doc- you can see the discrepencies in the numbers |

Ecopath Fishery- quantity screen: It seems as though the total catch is not showing up. And also I am not sure if you want the labels as they are. There was no assigning from me to gillnet, trawl, purse seine, haul seine, etc. Previously there were labels for the fishery (as I named them in the edit fleets screen). In this case menhaden and striped bass. But ecopath has automaticalyy assigned them to gear type- if we are going to leave gear type, there should be an option in edit fleets to assign the gear type to the specific fleet (my opinion) |
