- csv files are not being created as in v.5. First priority suggested by Sheila
- Indices are indeed plotted but not all the indices Sheila wanted. She suggests to plot all indices, one index per graph, all graphs on the same plot.

Sheila also wants the Forcing Function to be plotted together with the indices

Some of Sheila's requests (the higher priority ones) have been fulfilled. The fix includes (for details please see my e-mail to Sheila, Villy and Sherman on June 30, 2008):
1) csv file for all Ecosim NA indices
2) plot for Ascendency on flow (one of the Ecosim NA indices Sheila is particular interested in)
Do the rest of requests (e.g. Forcing Function) in the next build?

This bug has been resolved and a new bug has been created for forcing function.
