#116 fixed Edit multistanza groups not making it to the core administrator carieh
Description

Multi-stanza groups not correctly displayed. In the edit groups, and edit multistanza screens everything is correct. However when I am back at the basic input screen, the cod groups are sorted correctly, but the shading of the blue boxes for phytoplankton, zooplankton, and benthos suggests that these groups are still considered the multi-stanza groups somewhere in the core. The shading blue should be reserved for the ultistanza groups, as I have already entered this information for the cod groups. When I try to enter a biomass for the cod groups I can, but I do get an error when I try to delete.

So I think the model is somewhere in between sorting itself out

There was some error, and I accidentally hit the close button instead of the ignore button, so when I re-opened the model, all of the cod groups were in the correct location . However- the biomass, P/b, Q/B were NOT saved correctly from opening and closing the model. I re-inputed them closed the model, and re-opened (multi-stanza groups were saved from correct location), but re-opening the model, the multi-stanza screen resets itself.

please see screenshots in july1.doc on the ftp folder.

#117 fixed Editing multi-stanza parameters administrator carieh
Description
  • for the cod group, this seems to be working in terms of the calculations it is performing, however the graph seems to be quite different from version 5: see both versions of the same graph.

I am not sure how the calculations can be the same and the graphs be different? Perhaps the calculation are not being fed into the graph correctly?

I would suggest looking at the discrepencies in the graphs- in july1notes.doc on ftp site

#118 fixed Basic input not automatically reflecting changes (editing multi-stanza) administrator carieh
Description

Updating/ refreshing Basic Input screen: So now that all the groups are sorted and in order, this is not automatically updated in the basic input screen, I have to close the screen and then re-open it to get it to reflect the changes of the multi-stanza edits. It does work, but just not automatically. This was written when editing multi-stanza'a, andi think there are generally some issues with the multistanza's that could be causing this general edits are reflected instantly- i.e. changing the biomass of a group

Yes, changes in stanza configurations do not make it into the grids. This will need to change; I'm on it.
