Deleting a landing in Ecopath doesn't enable the 'Save' in menu, so a dirty flag is missing

Also, deleting a landing value, removes it from the spread, but once saved and reloaded the value is still there

When changing the number of time steps on the ecospace parameter form it does not trigger a dirty flag, save is not enabled. I clicked somewhere else, then saved, then opened the model again, and the number of time steps had not been changed, i.e. the old one still there

When reading in integer values in the depth layer is only accepts 0 or 1, but it should be accepting integers. It currently treats 0 as land (should be if depth <1 then land, i.e. accept negative values as well). We'll need to use the depths for calculations.
