We have both forced catch and F series in our model and it only shows the forced catch in the ecosim group plots. [Ecosim plots] shows the forced catch values on the lower left panel, but not the catch for the years where no forced catch was used

When a time series of type CatchesForcing? (-6 forced catches) has been loaded the Ecosim results grid should not show the Cost of any fleet that catches the forced group. This is because cost is computed from effort, not catch, and we don't know the effort it took to achieve the catch, so we don't know the cost.

We maybe able to do this with the status flags by setting the status flag of the cost variable if any of the fished groups are forced as well as overriding the cost with -9999 for that fleet.

Time Series weighting in Fit to time series does not appear to work anymore. Always end up with the same vulnerability values and the same SS values from the iterative searches despite the weightings on the time series being very different between the different searches. Disabling the time series does have an effect though.
