Value chain additions and changes

Questions/add-ons:

• Change the value chain Observer cost to be Monitoring cost (and coverage rate). Also add Monitoring cost (fixed)
• Add tax on profit.
• Add third kind of employees: part-time employees. here to be used for child-labour. Worth it????????
• Ecopath group entry is very unstable
• Add a property for distributors "broker", if so, we don't add up the total value ???????
• Value chain should remember zoom while it's open.
• Add retailer as new type
• Value chain: when clicking a box, change the color of the links
• Add "group" to links, and allow multiple links between boxes
• Name, add a Name2
• Value chain: When sorting, don't move boxes that are in the right spot ???????
• Rename 'Market' to 'Wholesellers'
• Zoom settings confuse Arrow display

Done, although 'sorting' needs a proper algorithm. We are looking into drawing the diagram what a proper tool.
