Loading monte carlo model twice causes an exception

Description

To reproduce:

  • load a model
  • go straight to Ecosim > tools > monte carlo
  • load an ecosim scenario

MC shows up

  • load a model
  • again, go straight to Ecosim > tools > monte carlo
  • load an ecosim scenario

debug assertion occurs
