Fishing Mortality Sketch pad cause interface to hang

This bug is a result of adding the Fishing Mortality sketch pad back to the inputs

1. Open an Ecopath model.
2. Go straight to the Fishing Mortality sketchPad, without loading a Ecosim scenario.
3. You will be asked to load an Ecosim Scenario, this is correct.
4. Next you will be asked to load a Time Series, this is not correct.
5. Select None for the time series.
6. Now try to move back to a form that was already loaded i.e. the Basic inputs. The form will not change. You can load new forms i.e. Run Ecosim but not switch back

Ok I can not reproduce this consistently I believe it is related to bug

but I'm not sure and will leave this active util bug 895 is fixed.
