App colour dialog only shows known colour names for existing colours

Description
- Go to Tools > Options... > Application > Colors
- Press [Reset to defaults]
- Select 'Model execution errors'
The item foreground combo box displays the color 'DarkViolet?'. This color is only available when a coloritem is selected that uses this color.
Solution:
Both combo boxes should be populated at all times with the complete list of known colors, plus an extra custom item.

Hi jeroen,
Just checked the code, seems you have resolved the issue ahead of me..The reason is it is only populated with only 16 colors before instead of 165 Known colors for the easy selection..
Not really sure populating such a long list in the combo box is really good for user to select. That 16 colors I think it is the most significant used one..at least according to VS..
