Sorry guys I have no idea why it wont balance. all of the values are remaining where they shoul. I am guessing a core problem, but thats about all I can guess. There is another large pop-up box with lots of errors. the top reads Exit strategy for parameter estimation in thi case has not yet been implemented Maybe that helps?

Carie, this issue may have been solved with bug 134. Please re-test.

this seems to be working fine in version 18 (also in version 17) the only time it has a problem is when there are multistanza groups involved (bug 120) for basic groups it is reading values and estimating correctly
