Monte Carlo and Pedigree for BA

In EwE5 and 6 the pedigree value for Catch is applied to BA. This seems outright wrong. In both 5 and 6 there is no pedigree input for BA. If we want to include BA then we should add it to the interface, which is probably not a big deal. Both DietComp and Catch are included in the EwE6 interface but are not one of the variables varied by the MonteCarlo. If the only purpose of the pedigree in EwE6 is a formal way to set the MonteCarlo CV’s values then DietComp and Catch should be dropped from the interface, and maybe the code. Having them in the interface is implying something that does not exist. If the pedigree is serving some other purpose beyond the MonteCarlo then let’s leave them.
