Discard Fate- under Fisherys Tab in Ecopath- default values incorrect

Description

The defaults are still backwards. Detritus shoud =1, and export =0. If we are following the same values as in EwE 5.

Villy confirmed detritus=1, export=0 for new fleets. Implemented.

Jeroen- this is still not correct in the latest version (release June 30)
The discard default is still going to export=1, detritus =0, which is still backwards.
