Assign Habitat does not reflect values back into the core

Habitat assignments are not reflected correctly by values in the core. In a test model that carl wrote, he tried changing habitats, when he selects ALL, it doesn't change the model. When he selects all the individual, it changes in the model all except the first habitat, when he selects all the groups including all, he gets all the groups in the model.

Yes, habitat assignments got screwed at various levels travelling from database to GUI, while undergoing edits and getting saved back to the database again. Fixed this and tested it extensively. Habitat assignments now travel correctly through the system and are properly reflected in Ecospace' PrefHab?

I believe all changes are making it to the core. They appear to be correct when Ecospace is run.
