New time series cannot be imported or added

Description
New time series cannot be imported although the Dataset name appears in the Time Series lists. The corresponding number of time series is 0 however and the dataset appears to be empty. Plots do not appear nor will a Fitting procedure find anything to fit against. New series cannot be added to an existing file either.
I've tried this in 2 versions the latest being 6.0.4.2.

Fixed after build 6.0.4.4 on model 'SEF260.EwEmdb?' and csv 'Time Series 7 (SA2008_CPUE only).csv' as sent by Cathy. This was a good catch and basically derived from more strict csv layout rules in EwE6 than EwE5.
