Ecosim cannot alter scenarios when timeseries are loaded with certain # of years

If you have created a scenario for 20 years and load a timeseries that has 22 years worth of data, ecosim doesnt know what to do!

In version 5 Ecosim would automaticaly update the # of years to be what your csv file indicated, but this is not the case with version 6

Actually I think it does apply the time series even though you get the warning error, but in the timeseries interface the boxes are not checked...when you go to run eocim, the time series dots do show up on the screen though.
