Ecopath mass balance missing parameters

Description
I had a model which didn't have B or EE for a group. This caused a mass balance error message for all 45 groups, cannot estimate parameter. However, the key piece of information was missing: about the one group that caused all the problem. The error was being picked up in Ecopathmassbalance.countnoofmissing, but reporting was only to cLog? We need to get that message out to the user

After 6.0.4.2: this event is reported by a single message as Villy requested. However, Ecopath still spits out a generic panic message which could (should?) be suppressed.
