Detritus now available on MC runs

In Monte Carlo runs, there is now (in version 6) a group detritus. In version 5, there is no detritus shown, so I know this is possibly a new feature or a bug in version 5, but just checking

Detritus now shows up in all the various tabs (B, P/B, etc) not the case in version 5

Also the P/B mean for detritus is -9999.00 with upper and lower limits of 0. The upper and lower limits of the other groups have numbers (not the case in version 5 see next bug)

Joe, please let me know if Detritus should be there and assign it back to me. I'll unplug it if needed.

Fixed after 6.0.3.19
Removed the non-living groups from input and output datagrid.... yay to cheap brownie points!
