Scenario descriptions do not change when loading scenarios

Description
In Ecosim parameters, the Scenario descriptions do not update when a new scenario is loaded. Also the description boxes only allow a certain number of characters (only a line and a half)which is often inadequate.

Also, description, author and contact are preserved in the Save Scenario As dialog
