Ecospace crashes if map is resized smaller

Ecospace throws an array out of bounds error in SetMigGrad?() if you resize the map to smaller. It is possible the MigGrad?(), PrefRow?(), PrefCol?() arrays have not been resize to the new number of cells. This is probable also wrong if the map is made bigger but does not crash.........

Set up the map so that it read map dims from Ecospace results object.
