Run Ecosim: name of bottom panel

Description
When you first open the Run Ecosim form, the name of the bottom panel comes up as Forcing. After you have used the Target menu to select a fleet or group the name changes to the correct Fishing rate.
Since the help files must refer to this panel by a name (ie the Fishing rate panel) please could it be called Fishing rate when users first open the form?
