Adding a mediation shape with no parameters causes crash

Attempting to add a mediation shape with no parameters causes crash (i.e. unhandled exception: input string was not in a correct format)

Please could there be some default parameters?

(note, same error occurs with forcing functions and egg production)

Fixed after build 6.0.3.5

Note that the the sketchpad options dialog has been split in two:

• Options dialog now serves the sole purpose to change shape display options
• A new dialog 'Change shape' is added to change the contour of a selected FF/EggProd/MedFn to a common shape

Defaults are now in place, although the graphs are not working properly- there are no crashes in the program
