Monte Carlo Biomass Plot should suppress the interface to change Ecosim summary time

To reproduce:

• Open a model and an Ecosim scenario
• Close all forms
• Open Ecosim > Output > Monte Carlo
• Click the Biomass Plot tab
• Move your mouse over the biomass plot area

In two locations the cursor will change from a regular pointer into a 'horizontal move' cursor <-->. If you press the left button down and keep moving the cursor, the interface is in fact modifying the Ecosim summary time settings. To verify:

• Open Ecosim > Output > Run Ecosim

The summary time settings have changed. The data link for these lines is not 'live', that's why you'll have to close and open 'MCrun' and 'Run Ecosim' to reveal the changes.
