Ticket #310 (closed: fixed)
Run Ecosim -> Reset F's

Description
Does not refresh the drawings for forcing functions.
Navigate to Run Ecosim
Select a Forcing Function and modify it
When you click reset F's it does not redraw the line to 1.
Serious problem with refreshing of fishing rates. Open a model, change the fishing rate. Run model, and you'll get new results. Fine? One should think so. But then go to Ecopath basic input and change a parameter, e.g., increase a P/B a bit, go back to Ecosim, run again. It is now using the original effort/fishing rates, not the modified ones. sherm and I tried this a number of times, and we urgently need to get the fishing rates updated correctly. SERIOUS. Villy

When switching back to an Ecosim page whenever an Ecopath data change occurred, the app core controller would instruct first Ecopath to run and would then reload the current Ecosim scenario.
This 'silent reload' caused the shape changes (and any changes to Ecosim data for that matter) to be lost.
The solution was to make the application preserve it's loaded Ecosim scenario which works well; Ecosim reinitializes itself prior to running so there is no need to reload all Ecosim data.

Hi, this is working, but the default should be back to 1 for the groups. Currently the sketch pad is blank even though the rate is a relative rate. i believe it should always start at 1, and then go back to 1 with the reset all button. Villy may need to confirm this though.
I am not sure what is going on with changing the P/B ratio and then running ecosim again. I have not tested this and I do not fully understand. Sorry

Sherman, a GUI shapes reset trigger resets the one and only instance of core shape data properly. In response, shape displays are updated correctly (bug 398) after build 6.0.3.10. Please re-test the P/B thing, it *should* make sense now.

Hi Jeroen... I know this one is your enemy....
This seems to be updating better, but still needs some work
-open ecosim, apply a time series (note the SS value)
-apply a forcing function to a group (note the difference in SS vlaues) you may have to make a large FF, and just so you know I chose a seasonal one and applied to a top predator (to have significant effects)
-now remove the FF and note the SS value.
-Intuitively I would assume that the SS value would return back to the original value if I have undone (reset) the FF and have also clicked reset all in the run ecosim interface.
Perhaps I am missing something about how this works, let me know if this is not an issue
I'm on it
