Ecosim and Ecospace scenario dropdown lists do not update when creating or deleting scenarios

Description

The big Ecosim and Ecospace scenario buttons contain lists of available scenarios for a loaded model. Whenever a scenario is added or deleted (either Ecosim or Ecospace) the list of scenario's is not properly updated.

can add and delete scenarios :-)
