Ecosim > ApplyFF interface crashes under rare circumstances

To reproduce: open model, load scenario, open Apply FF interface. Now load another model with a smaller number of groups and start playing around in the grid.

Solution: make Form inherit from EwEForm base class, properly handle messages

Tested in version 6033 and I do get this error twice. I loaded the Georgia Strait model and then the Lab 1 model and had an error right away (when I opened the model). The next time I loaded the Tampa Bay and then the Lab 1 model, and hte error didn't come up until I tried to run ecosim. (The model opened on the run ecosim tab, and i just click the run button, and then I got the error message).

This fix will appear in the next build. Current build is 6.0.3.3, next build will contain it. Sorry, my bad.
