Ecospace Habitat and Fishery set default value = ALL

In the two forms Habitat and Fishery, the default value should be ALL. This would enable the model to use the habitats and fisheries.

This is technically fixed. Although if you are creating an ecospace scenario in a model with a previous scenario, the default will be to take on the attributes from the first scenario created. If you are creating a model for th efirst time then the defaults are to have them all checked. You can fire this off to the admin if you are happy with it as is.

Values are no longer carried over with a recent fix that mistakenly duplicated space scenario data when creating a new scenario. Fixed after build 6.0.3.7
