Ecosim results not consistent with version 5

Antarctic Peninsula adjusted EE model.
The values for the Catch (E/S) are not the same as version 5 for all groups. Also fishery catch is not the same, and there are some values missing for the fishery values (in version 6)

This should be working in the next build Oct 12

Ok all the values for the catches and the costs match up, but the values (start and end) are not matching up correctly. The E/S for value is the same, but not the actual values themselves.

For model Lab 3 ecosim scenario 10 year: All of the values are correct with the exception of effort E/S in version 5-value is 1 for both fleets, and in version 6 both E/S for effort are 0. (this may not be a big deal)

Model:lab 5 ecosim scenario:lab6 w mediation:Start catch is slightly off (0.3355 in version 6 as compared to 0.343 in version 5). ALL values (start, end and E/S) are different in the 2 versions. All cost values are correct, but the E/S effort is 1 in version 5 and 0 in version 6 (same as model 3)

Could you see if this is still an issue. I don't have this model.

Jeroen... please see email with Ecosim results by group for differences. They are not large differences, but they are not quite the same also. Not sure if it is a problem or not

Carie, The differences are absolutely minimal. I talked to JoeB and said these are not issues.
