Description
When I create a new shape it seems to get saved under the dataset the original was under, it I try to switch data sets, you have to close out the screen and re-open it. Also the graphs do not appear right away, you have to switch back and forth a few times between datasets in order to let the system update on its own

Adding a time series is not updating at all at this point. To re-create:
-open a model with time series (Georgia Strait)
-load and apply all time series
-select 1 graph/ time series and click duplicate
The screen will go blank, and you will have to reapply all timeseries, in addition to nothing being duplicated.

The TS is added. To make sure all changes are committed correctly, the current datasets are unloaded. However, the interface does not reload the most recently loaded datasets so that's why the screen goes blank. The new TS hovewer is created fine in the database. Will fix this.
This bug has disappeared with the last changes to datasets and timesets reloading.
Note that the newly added time series is NOT immediately selected in the sketchpad interface.
