Cannot delete duplicate stanza configuration

Description

Empty stanza configurations are allowed to persist between model save and reloads. This confuses the core computations. Moreover, if the empty group happens to have the same name as a populated stanza group, users cannot remove the empty duplicate through the UI

The Edit Groups interface will now delete any empty stanza configurations when Applied. The empty stanza warning message has been expanded too.
